Cancellation Policy or No Shows

I understand that everyone has things that come up - work, kids, or emergencies.

Many people do not understand, that when I make appointments with you, it is not one-way - I am waiting to meet with you as much as you are with me.

There are many times that other people want the same times or appointments as you, and I cannot accommodate them due to our prior commitment

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, I now require a minimum of 24-hours' notice.

Please call or text to 321*360*2367. If there is no answer, please leave your information on the voice mail and/or text your cancellation as proof of your cancellation contact.

Please keep in mind that “No-shows” or last-minute cancellations are not respectful of me or other clients who could have come in at your appointment time.

I do understand that things happen beyond our control, and I do my best to accommodate your needs.

Because of this, clients that do not honor their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee of $50 of their scheduled service and a credit card will be required to re-book an appointment.

Because my business is by appointment only, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and I request that you please respect the cancellation policy.
